Amenities – Sunsets On The Sand

This is our home and we are happy to be sharing it with you. We want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing!

This is a small gated community of eight single-family homes. Our neighbors are our friends and many also share their homes with guests from around the world.

The first floor is a two car garage for your use.

Remote controls to the gate and garage are provided.

The front door has an electronic lock so that you may self check-in when you arrive.

Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, bath towels, beach towels and bedding are provided. An iron and ironing board and hair dryers are also available.

We provide WiFi, DishTV Select satellite, and a DVD player.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware and utensils. Small appliances include drip coffee maker, pod-style coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, crock-pot, and microwave. Some coffee, sweeteners, a few spices, and cooking oils are typically available.

The deck off the dining room overlooks the beach and is equipped with chairs and tables.

A gas grill is stored in the garage. You may take this out onto the ground-level deck if you wish.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella are here for you to enjoy.

A beach shower is located on the lower deck, complete with towel hooks to hold your clothing while you rinse off after coming up from the beach.

A foot shower is conveniently located on the deck post.

Sand and surf toys are available for all ages. Fishing gear also available for your use. Bait and tackle can be purchased a block south on Gulf Blvd at the Indian Shores Food Mart.

Sand games (Northerners call them “lawn games”) are also provided: sandbag toss, bocce ball, volleyball, and such. Games may change from time to time, but will always be provided.
