This property is a 3BR, 2.5BA direct Beachfront unit located on Indian Shores, FL. It has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico sand and surf. You step off the ground floor patio onto the short beach path that winds through the dune. High tide or low, the beach offers some of the finest sugar sand in the country.
It is a beautifully decorated three-story unit with a two car garage on the ground floor, main living spaces along with a half-bath on the first floor and the three bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. The water views from every window say it all.
Sunsets, locally called The Show, are sure to be enjoyed to the fullest from the spacious deck, the balcony off the master suite, or the sand level patio. Our preference is to watch The Show with our toes in the sand.
The recreation and relaxation activities are only limited by your imagination. Sitting on a beach chair, strolling the water’s edge looking for treasures, or listening to the sound of the surf is a great way to relax. Wading and swimming is easy and refreshing in the warm waters of the Gulf. If you’re under 65 you’ll need a license to surf fish with the provided gear. You can catch your own bait with our bait net or purchase bait just up the street. Walking, jogging, or cycling up or down the beach or Gulf Blvd is pleasant before the heat of the day.
Located on one of the finest sugar sand beaches in the country. Although the beach is public, public access is limited and the beach is usually quiet.
Directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Only the dune and the beach separate you from the water. View dolphins, manatee, stingray, osprey, pelicans, and many other water fowl. Fishing from the beach can be good. Speaking of stingray – shuffle your feet when in the water. Just like you, stingray do not like to be stepped on!
The ground floor patio looks out over the dune to the beach and the Gulf. The patio is equipped with a gas grill, a private outdoor shower, high-top seating, and beach area for games or enjoying the sun.
Guests are provided with basic beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Beach toys may include volleyball equipment, bocce ball set, fishing poles, paddle ball, cornhole. These toys will change from time to time.
Floatation devices are prohibited by our insurance company and any left behind will be removed and donated or put into a landfill. Please take yours with you when you leave.
